Create A Team

Teams allow you to group the texters in your organization so that you can delegate specific texting campaigns to specialized subsets of texters. For example, you may want to to create a Spanish Team for Spanish texting campaigns or a Persuasion Team for persuasion texting campaigns.

To create a team:​
  1. From the administration dashboard, navigate to the Teamspage.
  2. Click the green **plus (+)**button in the bottom right-hand corner.
  3. Enter a team name.
  4. Enter a team description.
  5. Enter an assignment priority value for the team. The lower the number, the higher the priority (i.e., those team-specific campaigns will be assigned first).
  6. Click Create.

To add texters to a team:​
  1. Select the team from the team list.
  2. Enter a texter's name in the Add Texter field.
  3. Select the name from the list.
